Litexco’s main priority is  the investment  in property assets, which absorbs the greatest volume of investment. Since the very beginning, the purchase of real estate has reflected our loyalty to the countries in which we invest. With its involvement in host countries, Litexco confirms its long-term investment philosophy, which is a clear sign of its inherent conduct.
Our strategy is based on selecting buildings of high architectural value located in the historic or business centres of each city, converting them into  high standard office complexes. With this objective, a full renovation project is developed, often adjoining new buildings, but always maintaining their architectural spirit, and their urban surroundings, creating modern spaces according to the technological requirements of 21st century companies.
The primary aim of our real estate investments is the increase of the  company’s corporate assets, maintaining the property and making it profitable by letting spaces to companies of international prestige.
Among the buildings currently owned by Litexco, there are several which, due to their prestige, are protected and considered as national heritage, either in terms of the building as a whole, or for specific parts of their internal or external structure.
